Rules of Use for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the use of jillbdt, an online gaming and sports betting platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of jillbdt, you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "the Player", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

jillbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

jillbdt provides its services exclusively as an entertainment platform. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, winnings, or financial returns from the use of our Platform. Gambling involves risk, and you should only wager amounts you can comfortably afford to lose.

Access to jillbdt is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with jillbdt or any connected gaming platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close associate of jillbdt or any of its technology or game-supply partners.

jillbdt employs automated and manual age-verification checks at the point of registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Where age cannot be verified immediately, the Platform may restrict access to betting and casino games until satisfactory verification documents are provided. We take our obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously, and any player found to be under 18 will have their account permanently closed and any winnings voided.

Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals. You may only hold one active account on jillbdt at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Information You Must Provide

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number (used for account verification and security)
• Residential address, including division and district within Bangladesh
• Preferred deposit and withdrawal method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Username and a secure password of your choosing

Your Responsibilities

By registering an account, you accept full responsibility for:

• The accuracy and currency of all information provided during registration and throughout your account lifetime.
• Keeping your username and password strictly confidential and not sharing them with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying jillbdt immediately at support@jillbdt if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Updating your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your mobile number or payment method details.

jillbdt reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason. We also reserve the right to close accounts that we reasonably believe have been opened or operated in breach of these Terms, even after the account has been active for a period of time.

jillbdt supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). We do not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on jillbdt:

• bKash — mobile financial service deposits and withdrawals in ৳ BDT
• Nagad — government-backed MFS, instant deposits and withdrawals
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service
• Upay — UCB mobile financial service
• Bank Transfer — BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Visa / Mastercard — international debit and credit cards

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jillbdt wallet within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day depending on your bank's processing times.
• All deposited funds must be used for genuine gambling activity. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable transaction fees.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on your account.
• All accounts must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–6 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• jillbdt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification checks if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in the Bonus Terms section before they can be withdrawn.

jillbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined in this section as well as any additional conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, free spins, or a combination thereof, as specified in each promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). A 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place qualifying bets totalling ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Only real-money bets placed from your main wallet balance contribute towards wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.
• jillbdt reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what rate. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and certain game types may contribute 0%.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion (typically 7–30 days from bonus credit date). Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per IP address, per device, and per verified payment method.
• jillbdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be notified of any material changes.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on jillbdt may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount, minimum deposit requirement, and wagering terms will be communicated to players during the registration and deposit process. The welcome bonus is available to players making their first deposit only and cannot be claimed in combination with any other introductory offer unless explicitly stated.

Reload and Seasonal Bonuses

jillbdt periodically offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers — including promotions around BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant events in Bangladesh. These promotions will each carry their own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus rules as set out in this section apply to all reload and seasonal bonuses unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

In order to maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players on jillbdt, certain types of conduct are strictly prohibited. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on jillbdt:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information, or coordinate betting strategies designed to circumvent the Platform's fair play systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or from payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit or payment made on the Platform in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other player or member of the jillbdt support team.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Reproducing, scraping, publishing, or distributing any content from jillbdt without express written permission from jillbdt.

jillbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or may be occurring. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A request from a player to self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• An instruction received from a competent legal authority or regulatory body.
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity).

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your jillbdt account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jillbdt. Upon receipt of your request, we will process the closure and return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method, less any pending withdrawals or outstanding bonus obligations. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity or financial transaction for a continuous period of 12 months or more. jillbdt will notify you by email before applying dormancy procedures. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as permitted by applicable rules, after which any remaining balance will be preserved for a further period before the account is closed. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillbdt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. jillbdt does not seek to exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of fairness and reasonableness.
